Since 1993, Nefertiti Beauty Supply and Salons has provided superior service in Black hair care in the City of San Jose. All barbers, cosmetologists, estheticians, and manicurists operating within Nefertiti Beauty Supply and Salons are considered independent contractual employees. Individuals set their own rates, process their own payments, and are to be paid directly by clients. Individuals also set their own hours of work and have sole discretion to decide the number of clients and which clients for whom they will provide services. To protect clients, Nefertiti Beauty Supply and Salons ensures that all independent contractors maintain an active business license for the services offered to clients.

Each stylist is an independent contractor and establishes its own form of payment with clients. Payment methods are typically cash or credit/debit card. At the brick and mortar Nefertiti Beauty Supply, we accept cash, credit/debit card, and check.

returns and exchanges
Due to COVID-19, Nefertiti has temporarily halted all products, wigs, and hair extensions, exchanges, or returns to protect the safety of staff and customers. Nefertiti will notify you once we have reestablished our return and exchange policy. ​
